Generate full CSV with all metadata for open data export/archival publication

The current deposition to Zenodo only creates a snapshot of the regular repo. There is not full-fledged all details easy to use data dump yet.

As part of the register rendering, we could create a full table that has all metadata, including the details from the codecheck.yml, in one single table, i.e. columns for codechecker names and ORCIDs, for the title, for the summary, even the manifest in some form.

Discuss if this should be part of the regular deposition (might be a bit hidden especially with all the new pages we have) or a separate Zenodo record.
