Add "Filter by year" and "Filter by month" to youtube channels videos page

When looking for a video in a channel sometimes we don't know the exact name but we know the approximate date when a video was published: the current YouTube user interface makes it very difficult to search by date, both because the videos page is not paginated, so we can't skip group of videos, and because the date of the videos is not displayed (a X months ago and X years ago label is displayed instead).

Filter by year and Filter by month options would be very convenient for these type of searches. Ideally such an option would be available in the top right corner, right next to Sort by.

Already implemented somewhere? Many operations YouTube performs on its server, so feature development may be impossible or prohibitively difficult.
