I want to setup pycocotools on Win10/Annaconda envs.
ERROR: Command errored out with exit status 128: git clone -q https://github.com/philferriere/cocoapi.git 'C:\Users\gjt
\AppData\Local\Temp\pip-install-t_dx9m2r\pycocotools' Check the logs for full command output.

Try --> pip install pycocotools-windows
