unable to get CPU capacity

I have just created a 3-node cluster in ex44 servers (Cockroachdb v23.1.6, Ubuntu 22, https://www.hetzner.com/dedicated-rootserver/ex44). But I noticed an error in the log:

[n2] unable to get CPU capacity: error when read cpu quota from cgroup v2 at ‹/sys/fs/cgroup/system.slice/securecockroachdb.service/cpu.max›: open ‹/sys/fs/cgroup/system.slice/securecockroachdb.service/cpu.max›: no such file or directory

All 3 nodes throw this log. Couldn't find anything related in the issues. Does anyone have any idea why this is happening? Leaving securecockroachdb.service below:
