BSMP command save_param_bank() takes long time and because it runs inside ISR RS485, it blocks task scheduler and other ISR's, causing loss of messages on other communication peripherals and even with power supplies IOC. Implement this command as a task.

The same applies to save_dsp_modules_eeprom().
