A simple extension to select a random custom background for a new tab in your browser.
- Clone the repository anywhere on your device
git clone https://github.com/cmd05/new-tab-bg.git
- Add your favourite images to
bg/folder - Open
chrome://extensions/in your browser - Enable Developer Mode
- Press
Load unpackedand select the cloned folder
The program chooses a random image from the bg/ directory. Add your favourite images in the folder.
Note: Try to use images < 2Mb to reduce image loading time
