INSTALL

1. Install Android SDK (SDK platform 23), Android NDK (version r13b+) and
   Android Studio (version 2.3+).

2. Clone repository and submodules

    git clone --recursive https://github.com/cmauri/eva_facial_mouse.git

    Note that master branch contains only major releases whereas develop
    branch contains latests changes.

3. Inside the eva_facial_mouse directory create a text file called
   local.properties which contains variables that point the SDK and NDK
   installation directories. 

    sdk.dir=<absolute SDK path>
    ndk.dir=<absolute NDK path>

    For instance:

    sdk.dir=/opt/Android/Sdk
    ndk.dir=/opt/Android/android-ndk-r13b

4. Download the latest stable OpenCV Android pack from here:

    http://opencv.org/releases.html

5. Unpack the OpenCV Android pack and add the OPENCV_ANDROID_SDK environment
   variable to point <OpenCV-dir>/sdk. For instance:

    OPENCV_ANDROID_SDK=/opt/Android/OpenCV-3.1.0-android-sdk/sdk

6. Open Android Studio and import eva_facial_mouse directory
   "Open an existing Android Studio project".
