iPhone USB Ethernet Driver for Linux

This is the excellent ipheth iPhone Ethernet driver forked from dgiagio/ipheth with the following changes:

- working modprobe config file (now runs pair script at default install location [see ipheth-pair])
- working udev rules (matcher is subsystem 'usb' + vendor ID for Apple rather than subsystem 'net' with driver 'ipheth')
