It seems to me (please tell me if I'm wrong) that there is no a good reason in allowing removing routes and services used by multiple applications as it provides an easy way to misoperate.
Expected behaviour
While deleting an app:
show all routes mapped to the app but allow to select for deletion only those which are not mapped to any other apps
show all services bound to the app but allow to select for deletion only those which are not bound to any other apps
Actual behaviour
show all routes mapped to the app (including "shared") and allow to select any of them for deletion
