CF/Org/Space selector widget with 1 org and 1 space - user can not proceed

This is a general problem with the CF/Org/Space selector widget when there is one org and space - they are selected, but the form is not updated to be valid.

Seen:

• When creating an app
• When creating aservice from the marketplace

Also could not reproduce. Have used IBM cloud as per run through, single org, single space. Create app, deploy app, create SI (with CF drop down and without). On local dev instance + on stable.

I have also seen the issue while working on another ticket but I don't have any steps to reproduce.

@andrewghobrial I've been having a bit of trouble reproducing this one. Are you able to do so repeatably? If so ..

• Could you describe your actions/navigation done before visiting the create app screen. On which page did you first start and what were the steps between there and the stepper?
• What org and space roles do you have? Are you a CF admin?
• Were the org and/or space created during the same session?
• Are there any endpoints, connected or not, other than cf's (for instance any metrics endpoints)?

Update - Found it! Running in production was the differentiator.
