Add support for scheduledDeletion

Description

Added scheduledDeletion field to following structures according to:

Upload videos from a URL
Upload videos via direct upload URLs

1. StreamVideo
2. StreamUploadFromURLParameters
3. StreamCreateVideoParameters
4. StreamVideoCreate
