Set relevant-repl-connection for a buffer #1127

Would it be possible to set the relevant-repl-connection for a specific buffer or specific type of buffer so that that when you do cider-load-buffer or even cider-repl-set-ns it uses that connection or it's buffer?

Right now the connection is global. You can't have different connections for different buffers.
