There's some problem with z-indexes again when the ImageUpload feature is enabled:

I also noticed that, IIRC, up until very recently toolbars were rendered above the docs' top bar. Now, they are rendered below:

Of course, I'll configure the toolbar in these samples to have a correct top offset but I think that something has changed here.
