We should enable HTML5 mode for URLs on angular.js so pagesviews are properly registered on analytics (all views are seen as / currentyly)

if possible there should be a redirect from current URL scheme to the new one but this shouldn't prevent the change.

we should remember to make sure links we are genereting in places such as email notifications are still correct after the change.
