Lamb Chops

Ingredients

  • 8-12 Lamb chops
  • Marinade
    • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
    • Small knob of Ginger (grated)
    • 1 stalk Lemongrass
      • Substitute with Zest of 1 lime
    • 1 tbsp Lemon juice (1/2 lemon)
    • 1 tbsp Salt
    • 1 tbsp Sugar
    • 1/2 tbsp Chicken bouillon powder
    • 1 tbsp Maggi liquid seasoning
    • 1 tbsp Dark soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
    • 1 tbsp Honey
    • 1 tbsp Shaoxing wine
    • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
    • 1 tbsp Vegetable oil

Instructions

Marinate

  1. Combine marinade ingredients in bowl and whisk together
  2. Massage marinade into lamb chops in a bowl
  3. Marinate in the fridge for 2-4h (or overnight)

Cook

  1. Bring lamb chops to room temperature 2h before cooking
  2. Pan fry in skillet (3-4min on each side)
    • Can also grill/broil, or bbq
  3. Rest before serving
