- 8-12 Lamb chops
- Marinade
- 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
- Small knob of Ginger (grated)
- 1 stalk Lemongrass
- Substitute with Zest of 1 lime
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice (1/2 lemon)
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1/2 tbsp Chicken bouillon powder
- 1 tbsp Maggi liquid seasoning
- 1 tbsp Dark soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Shaoxing wine
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
- Combine marinade ingredients in bowl and whisk together
- Massage marinade into lamb chops in a bowl
- Marinate in the fridge for 2-4h (or overnight)
- Bring lamb chops to room temperature 2h before cooking
- Pan fry in skillet (3-4min on each side)
- Can also grill/broil, or bbq
- Rest before serving
