Pork Prawn and Chive Dumplings |

- 800 g (1.75 lb) Pork mince
- 110 g (1/4 lb) Shelled and de-veined prawns (~400g with shell?)
- 300 g (0.65 lb) Yellow chives
- 1.5 tbsp Chicken bouillon powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 2 tsp Shaoxing wine
- 1/2 tsp White pepper
- Spring onions
- 3-4 cloves Garlic
- 1 tsp Ginger
- 1.5 tsp Sesame oil
- ~54 Dumpling wrappers
- Shell and de-vein prawns
- Combine chopped prawns with pork mince and mix well with all the other seasoning ingredients
- Check seasoning by frying up some of the filling on a pan to taste
- Wrap dumplings
