Pork Prawn and Chive Dumplings

Ingredients

Filling

  • 800 g (1.75 lb) Pork mince
  • 110 g (1/4 lb) Shelled and de-veined prawns (~400g with shell?)
  • 300 g (0.65 lb) Yellow chives
  • 1.5 tbsp Chicken bouillon powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar
  • 2 tsp Shaoxing wine
  • 1/2 tsp White pepper
  • Spring onions
  • 3-4 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tsp Ginger
  • 1.5 tsp Sesame oil

Other

  • ~54 Dumpling wrappers

Instructions

  1. Shell and de-vein prawns
  2. Combine chopped prawns with pork mince and mix well with all the other seasoning ingredients
  3. Check seasoning by frying up some of the filling on a pan to taste
  4. Wrap dumplings
