Alternative to BDK

Use new scanblocks rpc?

bitcoind rpc creds need to be manually input into watchdescriptor config since CLN doesn't expose this

Default to esplora (blockstream? need to fix rate limiting)

Maybe also allow custom esplora / electrum backends
