I had to make a list of outdated packages and failed to do so with win_chocolatey_facts.

Describe The Solution. Why is it needed?

Add outdated packages to win_chocolatey_facts. In fact I have already written the code. See: https://github.com/voskampm/chocolatey-ansible/tree/outdated
