This a description on recovery_flow.md that

Recovery Initiator writes a data chunk to the receive FIFO via the INDIRECT_FIFO_DATA CSR. The I3C core responds with a NACK when the FIFO is full.

But In I3C protocol ,during write trasnsaction Slave have no capability to response NACK，therefore the transaction may will be failed
