It was reported that wombat doesn't work easily in windows environments. Creating this issue to collect data/stacktraces to see if there are any quick fixes.

Initial testing looks like the biggest hurdle is the nokogiri dependency called out in #341. Merged Bakh's PR, and will evaluate further.
