Add total installs metric to plugin card

Also I think if we can at the same time, change these metadata labels (Total installs, Last updated, Plugin type) to use sentence case (the first letter of the label as a whole is capitalized),that'd be great! In my original designs they were all lowercase, but I think it should change to have just the first letter of the label as a whole capitalized, to be consistent with how we label things elsewhere.
