Chow Mein noodle cookies

A family holiday classic.

Ingredients

• 1 package of butterscotch bits
• 1 cup of peanut butter
• 1 can of Chow Mein Noodles

Directions

1. Melt the butterscotch bits in a microwave or in a double boiler.
2. Add Peanut Butter and Noodles. Stir.
3. Spoon drop cookies onto wax paper covered cookie sheet.
4. Refrigerate before eating.
