Allow some simple network tests from interface using waveshare buttons.

I would love to use this as a simple network connectivity tester as well. Just a single unit where you can plug it in to a cable or wall jack to see if you have connectivity as a somewhat headless device and the waveshare eink could do that I bet.

A few functions like:

• Show DHCP IP address on waveshare
• Show Gateway Address on waveshare
• Ping Gateway Address with button input from waveshare board
• Ping a public IP with a button input like 8.8.8.8 or 1.1.1.1 from waveshare board

I am not a programmer at all, but I am an IT Pro and would find this super helpful as an ultra portable connectivity testing tool.
