generator making initial project files in wrong folder #131

osx 10.11.2
npm 3.3.12
yo 1.6.0

running yo cg-angular, no matter what directory I'm currently in, the project files are being generated in my downloads folder.

update
removed a hidden file in downloads, but now yo is busted. back to hunting down what's up
