"Poller State" not running

In the top of the web say that my poller is ok, but then i see in "is runnuing?" In red.

any ideas?

Your poller have never been stated. So The top counter table don't know it. It's a normal behavior. Start your poller at least one time, and you poller will be taken in account into this status.
