No warning on disable template use by service on nagios generation

When service template is disabled and service use it, no warning is showed on nagios generation in Centreon Web Interface.

Conf generation returns errors when you try to restart engine after deleting/disable a template link to a service.

There is an error. But we don't really understand why. We should not try to generate a service with disable service template in his chain.

You can add a popup when you disable a service template to say: 'warning: service associated with, won't be generate".
