  • Manage menu
  • Mailboxes
  • CEDA Helpdesk Mailbox
  • Saved Replies
  • create new ones

@alaniwi: don't forget that we are aiming to eventually have "saved replies" in Helpscout that we can re-use for the CMIP requests process.
