# Proposal and Quotation
## PingShan-AI (Basic Subscription Plan)
### Charge Details
1. Total Price <big>**US$ 6,000**</big>
1. Include setup fee US$ 3,000 (NOT refundable)
1. Include 6 months subscription (6 x USD$500, refundable)

### Service Details

1. Monthly usage report
### Free Service
1. A dedicate main page with yuor company log and customized information
1. On-site tutor (1 day, after **one week** of subscription)
1. On-site follow up (1 day, after **one month** of subscription)
## Service Activation
1. Make a payment to Bank Account: **999-123456-888** (my company name)
1. Email and Mobile of technical administrator (for account management and contact point)
1. Service will be activated **in 3 working days**.

1. Termination by the subscriber or service provider may occur at any time with written notice.
2. The service provider reserves the right to terminate the subscription if the subscriber breaches any terms of the agreement.
3. Proportional refund of the subscription fee may be provided at the service provider's discretion.
4. Certain terms and conditions will survive the termination, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
