Expiry and cookie name options

Added the ability to

• configure the cookie expiry in days
• configure the cookie name

hideOnClose

• New hideOnClose option to suppress hiding the bar when the close button is pressed, this is tied with a new event to let you know its been pressed allowing advanced display options on close.
• Refactored to remove dependencies
