Add outputthreads and sortthreads.

BRASS/perl/lib/Sanger/CGP/Brass/Implement.pm

Line 142 in d08d174

$command .= sprintf $BAMSORT, $tmp, $index, $outbam, $outbam, $outbam;

Files are generally relatively small so setting to 2 if $options->{'threads'} > 1 is probably more than sufficient.
