Describe the bug
After I get an error while trying to update an objective. The behavior is seem after there is an transaction push error.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to any existing objective
  2. Click on "Edit"
  3. Force a transaction error, an easy way to do this is to modify the transaction arguments to a invalid format.
  4. See error
  5. Try again, you will notice that the buttons will be inactive

Expected behavior
The form should allow me to change my input and try again.
