Update mobile of the Contracts table page on Mobimart to be more user friendly/visually clean.

Just a small correction on the ticket language @leelas-pm - This change will update how the contracts table looks on all categories, not just that of GTFS-RT. All of these other existing products and any future ones: https://www.camobilitymarketplace.org/contracts/view?contracts-filter-product=Payment%20Processor https://www.camobilitymarketplace.org/contracts/view?contracts-filter-product=Transit%20Processor

So this is not necessarily a GTFS-specific ticket, but a ticket to improve an existing Mobi Mart feature/page.

🤦‍♀ Oh my gosh, how silly of me - thanks Machiko!! Updated the ticket and took it out of the GTFS-RT milestone for clarity.
