Over in #172 we upgraded to 0.92, as that was the latest version with the deprecated resources, and so was needed to properly destroy them. Once that is in and deployed, we should upgrade to 0.97, which avoids a couple more deprecations, and should keep us well-positioned for the soon-to-come v1.0
