[Suggestion] Fade in animation

Something that's always been missing from mods like these is a fade in animation, and I believe if Smooth Chunks made this available it would become very popular, as I've found many people are quite fond of the fading in animation chunks have in Bedrock Edition. Thanks!

There's a mod called fade in chunks which adds this animation, and requires sodium.
