how to setup fullpage ripple for bottombar? #1

Just wondering how can change the ripple effect to full bar instead of one button to look like this

Hi,
I am not sure I get your question but if you want the ripple on another element, you can always do
background: fluent_ripple

on the element. The ripple effect's "scope" will then be your new element.
