No option to configure trusted CA Certs

Looking to use this inside a major corporation which re-signs external certs with its own root CA. (Yes I know)

I see no options for setting trusted CA certs in the docs, or in searches. The only reference I see is how to do it inside cloud foundry.

The specific error I get is

I know opening issues with this level of detail may be more appropriate on a questions forum but the Stack overflow Buildpack tag doesn't seem to be for this project.

I believe this is a duplicate of #159 so I'll close this in favor. Feel free to reopen @kganger if I'm mistaken.
