AS AN Admin
I WANT a new submodule, notification messages "Teavitussõnumid"," in the chatbot module
SO THAT notifications for all advisor actions in Chats module, under active chats (pic 1) can be customized for displaying End user using the chatbot

Acceptance Criteria

• A new submodule named Notification messages "Teavitussõnumid" is added to the chatbot module
• Notifications are automatically sent to clients based on all CSA actions performed in the back office (e.g., "End conversation," "Request authentication," "Request contact details," etc., as shown in the pic 1)
• Admin can edit and customize each client-facing notification message (Figma link)
