Headings with no space after # rendered in export but not in preview

The following code:

#hi (no space)
# hi (space)

Displays in the preview as:

And exports as:

Having no space after the # is not officially documented behavior, and is not supported by GFM, but is supported in Markdown.pl. Regardless of whether you want to support it, the preview and the export should be consistent.

If you want to support it, CodeMirror has an option. I couldn't find an option in kramed documentation to disable it, but I may have missed something.
