How to get GISAID_FEED?

Any suggestion how to get GISAID_FEED?

You'll need to

1. register for access to gisaid at https://www.gisaid.org/registration/register
2. contact gisaid.org and request a feed for your use

You specifically need to ask for the feed, I think they call it API access. By default users don't get access to that without asking for it.

Has anyone had success with this? We asked a few different people at GISAID, but no luck so far.

You might send more emails to GISAID. I think their email server is misconfigured and they experience spurious failures to send outgoing emails. Maybe telephone them or ping them on twitter or use some other more reliable means of communication than email.
