Looks like I may have the same KU problem i fixed for the libraries.
At the very least, catch the exception and keep going. Even better - fix the root problem. Could possibly just be a concurrency issue.

still not sure what the issue is with this but it actually doesn't look like it causes a problem. Not sure why it's throwing though.

this is till occurring - still doesn't seem to cause a problem - not sure what is going on.
