↑ this is obvious, user taps toggle to enable Tor

Disable Tor is enabled? So user would think it's not using Tor?

it's confusing

fix: do not change the title i.e. keep the naming Enable Tor, or do not use a toggle switch

Starting with a verb, the alternative is no less confusing. So far, this hasn't been an issue. You have a point, but since the user enabled Tor, the expectation is that they understand. I will leave it open for now.

i agree with the issue opener.
im using the german translation and to be honest its unclear when it is enabled and disabled.
would make much more sense for me to NOT change the text but only the toggle as most other apps do in such situations.

also its unclear whether this feature is built in or whether we need an orbot proxy running.

You do not need an Orbot proxy as we use the same tor-android library as them.
