Requested by Fred Smith. A useful enhancement that will enable users to do things like change modes via the command line / autoexec.tx

Usage:

*VDU ...

Example: Change to screen mode 1
Note hex and decimal values can be used
If a character code > 255 is encountered, the VDU will stop outputting at that point with a Bad Parameter error

*VDU &16 1
