    Deleting and re-enabling password managers doesn't show the widget icon in URL bar

  • Platform (Win7, 8, 10? macOS? Linux distro?):
    Windows 10 x64

  • Brave Version (revision SHA):
    Brave 0.14.2
    rev 61ae1a7

  • Steps to reproduce:

    1. Enable password managers from extensions page
    2. Delete the password manager in extension page once installed
    3. Re-enable password manager from security, widget icon is missing
  • Actual result:
    Deleting and re-enabling password managers doesn't show the widget icon in URL bar

  • Expected result:
    Should show the widget after re-enabling the password manager

removing from 0.14.2, added #8259 to remove that option for now until we can properly react to excluding->reenabling extensions.

adding to 0.14.3 to keep track, feel free to change as needed
