Describe the issue you encountered:
Unable to run flash content on SiriusXM.com

Expected behavior:
Should show the allow/deny flash notification bar and when user clicks allow should run the flash content

  Windows 10 x64
• Brave Version:
  0.12.1 Dev
• Steps to reproduce:
  1. Visit https://player.siriusxm.com/#/login
  2. Shows unsupported flash and link to download
  3. Clicking on link opens new tab and opens Adobe page instead of showing the flash notification bar to run flash content
