"FATAL:dispatcher.cc" crash when disabling/enabling extensions with large profiles/sessions

Description

When enabling/disabling and then enabling extensions with large profiles, you'll receive the following errors in the terminal depending on the extension:

These will also appear under chrome://crashes as well.

Steps to Reproduce

1. open either 0.22.669 or 0.22.711 with a large profile via the terminal (use one of @petemill generated sessions)
2. open about:preferences#extensions
3. enable Bitwarden, once it's loaded, disable Bitwardern
4. enable Bitwarden and you'll see the FATAL:dispatcher.cc error in the terminal
5. click on the Bitwarden icon and you'll notice that the entire extension is blank/white

Disabling/Enabling extensions shouldn't be generating FATAL:dispatcher.cc errors in the terminal. The extension should work as expected.
