The test fails similarly to WebAppTabStripBrowserTest.ReparentingPinsHomeTab.
Underlying issue is most likely this: brave/brave-browser#22021, because no brave-specific mojo endpoints are available for renderer (see BraveMainDelegate::CreateContentBrowserClient and BraveContentBrowserClient implementation).
