Description

On iOS, Leo will summarize a page without any issue, but the Suggest questions button no longer works. Tapping the button will not show any results and the page needs to be refreshed in order to use other options.

@hollons was also able to reproduce this issue on his iOS device.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Launch Brave on iOS
  2. Visit a page and open Leo panel
  3. Tap Suggest questions

Nothing happens

The above requires 1.75.172 or higher for 1.75.x verification 👍

Verified on iPhone 12 running iOS 18.2 using version 1.75 (173)

  • Ensured that questions are generated for all models when tapping on suggest questions in Leo chat.
  • Ensured that suggest questions are disabled when there is no page context.
  • Ensured response is provided to each suggested question and all questions can be used/exhausted.
