Even when Autoplay is set to "Always Allow" for a site, it is blocked.
Go to https://www.reaseheath.ac.uk/. The video is blocked. Set Autoplay to "Allow" for the site and reload the page.
The video is still blocked
The video should run as it does in Firefox and Google Chrome latest versions.

@craigs100 is this still an issue? I couldn't reproduce the issue on macOS Big Sur with the latest nightly build:

I can't reproduce the issue at all now, mainly because I can no longer find the "AutoPlay" settings. So I guess you can say it's fixed!
(Currently using Version 1.23.73 Chromium: 90.0.4430.85 (Official Build) (64-bit))
