Description

Brave ads history page shows the date of 12/31/1969 for ads in the past 7 days:

Steps to Reproduce

1. Enable ads
2. Go to 7 day ad history

Actual result:

Expected result:

Date of each ad shown is unique, and more recent than the start of the epoch counter.
