Automatic redirect from HTTP to HTTPS for Google Translate is not executed

Description

Automatic redirection does not work when translating files using google translate.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Make sure that Brave Shields are enabled
2. Open link
3. Protocol is not changed and translation does not work

When Brave Shields are disabled the translation works, but it still works in HTTP mode.

Similarly try to do the same with text:

1. Open link
2. Protocol is changed to HTTPS and translation works

Actual result:

The page is still open in HTTP mode:

The page should be opened in HTTPS mode:
